The People’s Art Exhibition took place in Dublin last weekend 24th – 26th June. Despite inclement weather and lockdown for the UEFA Euro 2016 match, Ireland V France there was still a g00d turnout. We also enjoyed great colour and good fun with Dublin Pride
Take a few moments to look at the short video kindly put together by Pervaneh Mathews.
You will find me and my collection of work nestled in among the artists just after 2 mins into the presentation.
Sit back and enjoy the great range of unique art available in Dublin.
The weather is good and the outdoor art exhibition around St. Stephens Green, Dublin this weekend promises to be great.
I have been busy preparing for this exhibition and took full advantage of the sunshine in the garden today.
No matter how much room I thought I had, it was never enough! Frames, paint, brushes, hanging cords, screws, screwdrivers, tape, wrapping …. the list just goes on. A busy day, a fun day and everything all packed up for the morning.
If you’re in Dublin this weekend, be sure to drop by. There will be over a hundred artists exhibiting around St. Stephens Green with super original and unique paintings to suit everyone’s taste.
People’s Art Dublin is a voluntary, part time, non profit making group, brought together by Dublin City Council to promote the visual arts to the public of Dublin. Each year after expenses are paid, donations are made to various charities.

I could whinge and nobody would say a thing but then, this is Ireland, it is said:
there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing!
(my poor paintings wouldn’t agree)
