Safe Haven

900.00

Caves have always held a fascination for me.  Wander through them and think about who lives there.  With the forces of the ocean outside crashing against the rocks, the cave can become a safe haven for those that seek shelter, a safe place. A sea cave, also known as a littoral cave, is a type of cave formed primarily by the wave action of the sea. The primary process involved is erosion.

The Inspiration to paint this cave came from a visit to Ailwee Cave in Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare

This painting is presented with a 6 inch double mounted cream frame and creates a stunning addition to a room.

Measuring 50 x 76 cms (20 x 30 inches)
