Sunrise kissed the earth as our journey had taken us up to the edge of the mountain.  Darkness permeated the landscape and a quiet hush prevailed.  Suddenly, the sky began to open, a gradual push through the clouds and the ghostly mist began to dissipate.  There was a silence in the air and a hushed gasp as this was that special moment – sunrise kissed the earth and revealed all its glory.
